Mush Larose Dog Sled Club - Limoges, Ontario

Mush Larose is an association of dog-sledders and skijorers based in the Larose Forest, Limoges, Ontario. The Larose Forest is a multi-use community forest on the outskirts of Limoges approximately a 20 minute drive east of the city of Ottawa. With the cooperation of the county of Prescott-Russell Mush Larose members have enjoyed exclusive use of part of the Larose trail network over many winters.

Larry Brown compiled the following history of mushing in larose forest in 2007.

Registration renew is due in September every year. Please mail in a new form with cheque and signatures for each member, or give it in person at the October dry-land race.

Mush Larose members can talk to each other online, on the Online Forum: General Discussion on Dog-powered Sport. The Forum is an area where people can post discussion questions, and get together with other dog-powered sports enthusiasts talk about events and share their experiences.
